Claire passed away in her sleep this morning. In the words of her carer Suzie, "Throughout her illness she remained positive and was always thinking of others. All four of her carers were there today. We are all devastated and will miss her very much. She touched all of our lives in a very special way." Let's all try to keep that positive spirit going that Claire worked so hard for. We will all miss her very much.

Sadie's Shack is an online community with the intention of bringing disabled people together from all over the world and bond long lasting friendships. Our community is open to everyone; however, the basis of the community is to offer support to each other with a fun and friendly environment. This is a place where disabled people and those related to people with disabilities (such as friends, family members, and carers) can meet to discuss their daily lives.
Our community
We offer two ways for our community to interact with each other. Our first and more direct way is through our chat room, where we can talk to each other in real time. The second way we can communicate is through our forum, where we hold more formal discussions. We also have a photo gallery that you're welcome to use to share pictures.
